(July 7, 2020) – Today PowerHockey Canada received word that we were officially granted membership status to the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation, otherwise known as IWAS. Through this designation as a Secondary Member and part of the International Powerchair Hockey movement, we will actively continue to grow our network of International counterparts in the community. Working together with our colleagues around the world we hope to be part of the bright future for the sport of powerchair hockey on a global scale. PowerHockey Canada looks forward to the opportunities that await to represent Canada on the world stage.
